Your pellets will delivered using an 18 tonne truck. An 18 tonne lorry is approximately 4.5 metres tall and 15 metres long.
The ground must be level (for safety reasons we cannot deliver to sloped delivery locations). Also, the ground should be hard, not gravel or grass/mud.
For hard to reach places, or locations where the local roads are unsuitable for big lorries - it might be possible to use a smaller 7.5 tonne lorry. A 7.5 tonne lorry is around 8.0 metres long. In the "delivery instructions" box, please indicate that a 7.5 tonne delivery lorry should be used.
